This is a photo of a Roman Orthodox church we we're able to visit. It was built in the late 1800's, and the bricks were hand carried from over a 1,000 miles away. Czar Alexander had it built and it was foretold that he would be murdered if he did not leave the country. The prophecy came true, and some folks believe they are still carrying the burden of that sin in the country because of the crime. I'm probably destroying the story but that's what I could get from our interpretation. I remember the Discovery channel did a special on this Czar awhile ago. The church itself was amazing, and had some of the most unique photo's and frames i've ever seen. One picture in there was over 500 years old. We were fortunate when we visited as they were doing babtisims and they let us watch. We're definitley not in Kansas anymore Toto :).

Liz here again, I wanted to give you a news update. Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Mit Romney and Rudy Giuliani are all officialy running for president. It is really cold in the midwest. Anna Nicole Smith died at the HardRock in FL,they still don't know who the daddy is. There was a shooting at Trolley Square yesterday. An 18 year old opened fire inside at about 6:30. 5 people died, plus the shooter (an off duty cop killed him). Oh yeh, and the ACLU are still trying to bring down the USA (but that is not news). I think that is about it for the headline news. I will keep you posted.

Hi you three!

Aren't those old structures neat? It's pretty amazing to think that they have photos that are 300 years older than our country's history.

Bummer about your gambu! Hope you feel good soon! There's been a ton of people here with nasty colds, too - it's been kickin' butt.

Too exciting about your court date! Sounds like things are moving along!

Love you tons - :)

Sorry to hear your not feeling well. There's a lot of bugs going around here. You just don't expect to be sick when your so far from home.

How are you communicating with your laptop down?

Grandma sends her love. She comes over to see the pictures. She's very excited to see Luke. We've had a couple of cold wet weeks. (Very un.....normal for us.)To hear Grandma talk you'd think it was time to start builing an ark. Figures.... the year she moves here...... we have a real winter.

Happy Valentines
