Luke spent his last day at the orphanage yesterday. We officially became his parents at 4:00pm on Sunday March 11th!!!! It was an emotional and exciting time for us. This picture is of the director of the orphanage (far left), Stacey & Luke, Nadia our coordinator and Julia our translator. Luke didn't fuss a bit leaving the orphanage, according to our translator he has probably never been outside of it since his coming there when he was a new born baby. His first night with us went very well. He slept in his crib and just woke up a couple of time to make sure me and Stacey we're okay. Luke's not a big fan of bathing, and there only so many toys we can fit into his little plastic wash bin so hopefully that changes when he gets in a tub back home. We sure miss everyone and can't wait to get home.Dewey
